1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Go Outside, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you use Go Outside on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18+ to use Go Outside. By using the service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into these Terms, and not barred from using the service under applicable law or by a previous Go Outside ban.
3. Service and license to use
Go Outside helps adults create profiles, match with nearby people, discover activities, chat, and coordinate real-world meetups. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Go Outside for your own lawful, personal use, subject to these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, sell, lease, distribute, or misuse any part of the service except as allowed by law or by written permission from us.
4. User conduct
You agree to follow the Community Guidelines and all applicable laws. You must not harass, threaten, stalk, abuse, discriminate, impersonate, scam, spam, solicit illegal services, create unsafe or illegal activities, share non-consensual intimate content, or use Go Outside in a way that harms users or the platform.
Because Go Outside supports real-life meetups, you are responsible for using good judgment, respecting boundaries, and making safe choices before and during in-person interactions.
5. User content and ownership
You retain ownership of content you submit to Go Outside, including profile text, photos, messages, reports, and activity descriptions. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, modify for formatting, transmit, moderate, and otherwise use your content as needed to operate, improve, protect, and promote the service.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that your content does not violate these Terms, the Community Guidelines, the rights of others, or applicable law. We may remove or restrict content at our discretion.
6. Paid features, subscriptions, and virtual items
Go Outside may offer paid features, subscriptions, boosts, super likes, premium tools, or virtual items. Purchases may be processed by app stores or payment processors and may be subject to their terms, billing rules, refund rules, and cancellation procedures.
Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, paid features and virtual items do not have cash value, are not transferable, and may expire, change, or be discontinued. Bans or suspensions for rule violations may result in loss of access to paid features without refund.
7. Disclaimers
Go Outside is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available in every location. We do not verify every statement users make and do not guarantee the conduct, identity, intent, legality, safety, or suitability of any user, activity, message, or meetup.
You are responsible for your interactions with other users and for deciding whether, when, and how to meet in person.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of Go Outside.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid to Go Outside in the twelve months before the claim or the minimum amount required by applicable law.
9. Termination
You may stop using Go Outside at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account, remove content, restrict features, block re-registration, or take other action if we believe you violated these Terms, the Community Guidelines, applicable law, or user safety expectations.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, licenses, disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute terms, and payment obligations.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by [GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict of law principles, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice where required. Your continued use of Go Outside after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
